Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise organization operating across technology-driven business environments where operational visibility, analytical insight, process improvement, customer success, and disciplined execution drive long-term performance. Our organization supports multiple business units, enterprise customers, internal service functions, strategic initiatives, and operational workflows that require accurate reporting, strong coordination, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

As organizations scale, they need operations professionals who can connect data, process, systems, and business execution. The Operations Analyst role has become a critical position within modern enterprise companies because leaders need clear visibility into performance, workflow gaps, productivity trends, customer impact, cost drivers, service quality, and operational risk.

Our company is investing heavily in operational transformation, AI-enabled workflows, business intelligence, reporting automation, process optimization, customer lifecycle visibility, digital systems, and enterprise performance management. We are seeking a highly capable Operations Analyst who can support business leaders with accurate analysis, clear reporting, practical recommendations, and strong operational follow-through.

This is not a traditional analyst role focused only on spreadsheets, basic reporting, or routine administrative support. The Operations Analyst will serve as a business operations partner responsible for helping teams understand performance, improve processes, track initiatives, identify risks, support planning, and strengthen execution across a large remote-first organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, Data Analytics, HR, Procurement, and leadership teams to ensure operational decisions are supported by reliable information and practical business insight.

This is a strong opportunity for an analytical operations professional who wants to support meaningful business initiatives, improve enterprise processes, build better performance visibility, and contribute to scalable operational growth.

Your Role at the Company

As an Operations Analyst, you will support the analysis, reporting, coordination, and improvement of business operations across key enterprise functions. You will help leaders understand what is happening inside the business, where performance is improving or declining, and what actions can improve operational outcomes.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing operational data, building reports, tracking KPIs, supporting process improvement initiatives, documenting workflows, preparing leadership updates, and helping teams execute against business priorities.

You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to operations leadership while supporting cross-functional teams with clear insights, structured reporting, and practical recommendations.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, business curiosity, process discipline, communication strength, and strong attention to detail to support measurable operational improvement.

What You’ll Do

Analyze operational data across business processes, customer activity, service delivery, workforce productivity, financial performance, and internal workflows.

Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, reports, trackers, and operating summaries that provide visibility into key business metrics.

Support leadership with performance analysis, trend identification, variance explanations, root cause investigation, and decision-support materials.

Track operational KPIs related to productivity, service levels, customer outcomes, process cycle times, backlog, quality, cost, and execution progress.

Partner with Operations, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Technology, HR, and Data teams to gather requirements and improve reporting accuracy.

Identify process gaps, workflow inefficiencies, handoff issues, reporting inconsistencies, and operational risks.

Support process improvement initiatives by documenting current-state workflows, analyzing pain points, tracking improvements, and measuring results.

Prepare executive-ready updates, including business performance summaries, project progress, issue logs, action plans, and recommended next steps.
