We are seeking an organized and people-focused Store Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, workforce planning, compliance, and HR administration for multiple retail locations. This role serves as a trusted resource for store leadership and employees while helping create a positive, engaging, and high-performing workplace.
The Store Human Resources Coordinator partners closely with Store Managers, Regional HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, Learning & Development, Operations, and Corporate HR teams to ensure consistent execution of human resources programs and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist store leadership with workforce planning, staffing initiatives, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding documentation, and employee training programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, leave administration, and workplace procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Assist with performance management processes, coaching documentation, and employee development programs.
- Coordinate leave administration, accommodations, and employee status changes.
- Monitor HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, turnover metrics, and staffing reports for regional leadership.
- Partner with Talent Development to coordinate learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support HR system updates, personnel documentation, and audit activities.
- Promote an inclusive, respectful, and positive workplace culture across all supported store locations.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably within retail, hospitality, customer service, or multi-location operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, and workforce administration.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and EEOC regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HR reporting tools, and workforce analytics.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $224,000 – $292,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on Human Resources experience, retail operations expertise, certifications, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
