The Customer Service Representative will serve as a trusted frontline representative responsible for understanding customer needs, answering questions, resolving routine issues, documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns, and helping customers feel supported throughout the service process.

The selected candidate will work closely with Customer Support, Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Billing, Operations, Product, Quality Assurance, Training, Workforce Management, and leadership teams to ensure customer inquiries are handled accurately, professionally, and within expected service standards.

This role requires someone who can communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, manage multiple requests, use customer service technology effectively, and create a positive customer experience even when solving difficult or time-sensitive issues.

This is a strong opportunity for a customer-focused professional who wants to support meaningful customer relationships, work with modern support tools, improve service quality, and contribute to a growing remote-first organization where customer experience is treated as a core business priority.

Your Role at the Company

As Customer Service Representative, you will respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and digital support channels while ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving routine service issues, documenting case details, providing product or account information, escalating complex matters, and following up to ensure customer needs are addressed.

You will serve as a frontline representative of the organization while maintaining accountability for communication quality, response accuracy, customer satisfaction, documentation standards, and timely resolution.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, technology comfort, and a customer-first mindset to support high-quality service outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and digital service channels in a professional and timely manner.

Provide clear information regarding products, services, accounts, orders, billing questions, technical basics, service status, company policies, and next steps.

Listen carefully to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, identify the core issue, and provide practical support or appropriate escalation.

Document customer interactions, case details, troubleshooting steps, account updates, follow-up commitments, and resolution notes in CRM or customer service systems.

Use customer service platforms, ticketing tools, knowledge bases, CRM systems, collaboration tools, and workflow systems to manage support activity.

Resolve routine customer issues while following established procedures, service guidelines, escalation paths, and quality standards.

Escalate complex issues to Technical Support, Billing, Customer Success, Operations, Product, or leadership teams according to service procedures.

Support outbound follow-up related to open cases, missing information, service updates, satisfaction checks, account changes, appointment confirmations, or issue resolution.

Track recurring customer questions, service gaps, system issues, unclear documentation, customer feedback themes, and process improvement opportunities.

Maintain strong service quality by communicating clearly, confirming understanding, managing expectations, and closing interactions professionally.

Meet performance expectations related to response time, resolution quality, customer satisfaction, documentation accuracy, schedule adherence, and follow-up completion.

Partner with Quality Assurance and Training teams to improve service communication, product knowledge, issue handling, and support process understanding.

Follow privacy, verification, data security, and confidentiality requirements when handling customer information and account details.

Support customer experience improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights, identifying friction points, and helping improve knowledge base content.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, client services, contact center operations, technical support, help desk support, customer success support, or service operations.

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a cloud-first environment where infrastructure reliability, deployment speed, automation, security, observability, and platform scalability directly influence business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, product engineering teams, data platforms, AI-enabled systems, internal applications, customer-facing services, and business-critical digital workflows that require strong cloud operations, disciplined engineering practices, and dependable production environments.

As modern technology organizations scale, DevOps has become one of the most important functions connecting software engineering, infrastructure, security, reliability, and operational excellence. Companies need DevOps engineers who can do more than maintain pipelines or respond to alerts. They need professionals who can build scalable cloud foundations, improve deployment systems, automate repeatable work, strengthen observability, support secure delivery, reduce operational friction, and help engineering teams release high-quality software with confidence.

Our company is investing heavily in cloud infrastructure modernization, CI/CD automation, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, DevSecOps practices, observability platforms, incident response, environment standardization, cost optimization, AI-enabled operations, internal developer platforms, and secure software delivery. We are seeking a highly capable Senior DevOps Engineer who can support production systems, improve engineering workflows, and help build a reliable platform foundation for continued growth.

This is not a traditional infrastructure role focused only on server maintenance, manual deployments, or reactive support. The Senior DevOps Engineer will serve as a hands-on technical partner responsible for designing, automating, monitoring, securing, and improving the systems that support software delivery and production operations across the enterprise.

The selected candidate will work closely with Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability, Security, Data Engineering, Product, QA, IT, Cloud Architecture, Customer Support, and leadership teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, observable, cost-aware, and ready for business growth. This role will support both day-to-day operational excellence and long-term modernization efforts that improve engineering productivity and production stability.

This is a strong opportunity for a DevOps professional who wants to work with modern cloud platforms, support enterprise-scale systems, influence engineering reliability, and contribute to a remote-first organization that values automation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Your Role at the Company

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design, build, automate, deploy, monitor, and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, production systems, internal platforms, and software delivery workflows.

You will be responsible for improving infrastructure reliability, deployment quality, system observability, environment consistency, security controls, automation maturity, and operational performance.

You will serve as a trusted technical partner to engineering and infrastructure teams while maintaining accountability for production readiness, scalable delivery, platform reliability, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong cloud engineering experience, automation skills, DevOps discipline, security awareness, troubleshooting ability, and practical engineering judgment to support reliable enterprise technology delivery.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar enterprise cloud environments.

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines that support reliable build, test, deployment, release, rollback, and environment promotion workflows.

Build and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.

Support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ECS, EKS, AKS, GKE, or similar orchestration platforms.

Improve deployment reliability by standardizing release processes, reducing manual work, strengthening automation, and supporting safer production changes.

Partner with Software Engineering teams to improve developer workflows, build systems, test automation, release readiness, and environment consistency.

Partner with Security teams to support DevSecOps practices, vulnerability remediation, secrets management, access controls, secure configurations, and compliance requirements.

Develop and improve observability practices across monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards, service-level indicators, and incident response workflows.

Troubleshoot production issues, analyze logs and metrics, support incident resolution, identify root causes, and implement long-term reliability improvements.

Support cloud cost optimization by reviewing resource utilization, scaling patterns, storage usage, reserved capacity opportunities, and inefficient infrastructure patterns.

Automate recurring operational tasks related to deployments, environment setup, configuration management, access provisioning, monitoring, backups, and system maintenance.

Maintain and improve backup, disaster recovery, high availability, failover, and business continuity procedures for critical systems.

Support database, networking, API, application, and infrastructure troubleshooting in collaboration with engineering and platform teams.

Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, deployment guides, incident notes, operational procedures, and engineering standards.

What You’ll Bring

6+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, platform engineering, systems administration, or software delivery operations.

Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare technology, ecommerce, data platforms, or large-scale technology environments preferred.

Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or multi-cloud infrastructure environments.

Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Chef, Puppet, or similar technologies.

Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, service deployment, cluster management, scaling, and production container operations.

Experience with observability tools such as Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Sentry, or similar platforms.

Strong scripting or programming skills using Python, Bash, Go, PowerShell, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages for automation and tooling.

Understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, TLS, service mesh concepts, API gateways, and cloud networking.

Familiarity with security practices such as IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, container security, encryption, secure deployment, least privilege access, and compliance controls.

Experience supporting production systems, incident response, root cause analysis, release management, performance tuning, disaster recovery, and operational readiness.

Ability to work with Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability, Security, Data Engineering, Product, QA, IT, Cloud Architecture, Customer Support, and leadership teams.

Strong technical communication, documentation, troubleshooting, collaboration, code review, operational discipline, and follow-through skills.
