    Screen

    Behavioral and skills interviews. Reference calls. Compensation alignment. Most candidates never make it past this step.

    Present

    Three-to-five qualified candidates with full briefing notes, comp expectations, and a 24-hour SLA on every question.

    Offer support, counter-offer prep, onboarding hand-off. We stay engaged for 90 days post-start to make sure the placement sticks.

How fast can you fill a role?

Average time-to-hire is 14 days from kickoff to accepted offer. Some specialized roles take longer — we set expectations on day 1, not week 4.

What industries do you recruit for?

SaaS, medical devices, financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, and IT. We will not take a search outside an industry where we can credibly source.

Do you charge if I don't hire?

No. We work on contingency for most placements — you only pay when a candidate accepts. Retained search is available for senior leadership.

How do you screen candidates?

Two recruiter interviews, behavioral plus skills, then reference checks before we present anyone. About 1 in 30 candidates we source make our shortlist.

What happens if a placement does not work out?

Standard 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placement leaves or is let go in the first 90 days, we re-search at no additional fee.

Do you handle confidential / replacement searches?

Yes. We run confidential searches for sensitive replacements regularly. Your incumbent never has to know there's a search underway.
