We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to provide comprehensive pediatric care through a combination of telehealth services, clinical consultations, preventive care, and care coordination. This advanced practice role supports children and adolescents across a broad range of medical needs while partnering with physicians, specialists, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to deliver high-quality, family-centered healthcare.
The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with Pediatricians, Pediatric Specialists, Behavioral Health Providers, Social Workers, Care Coordinators, Pharmacists, and Executive Clinical Leadership to improve clinical outcomes, enhance patient access, and support organizational quality initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive pediatric health assessments, examinations, and medical evaluations.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare needs for infants, children, and adolescents.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based clinical guidelines.
- Prescribe medications, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with state regulations and clinical privileges.
- Conduct well-child examinations, developmental screenings, immunization counseling, and preventive health visits.
- Provide telehealth consultations, follow-up care, and virtual patient education when appropriate.
- Collaborate with pediatric specialists and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Educate parents and caregivers regarding disease prevention, nutrition, child development, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research opportunities, and patient safety programs.
- Support organizational compliance with HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission, and pediatric clinical standards.
- Mentor nursing staff, students, and newly hired advanced practice providers.
- Promote family-centered care while ensuring exceptional patient satisfaction and engagement.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) certification through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) or ANCC where applicable.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the appropriate state(s).
- Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority as required.
- Minimum of 3 years of pediatric clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or advanced pediatric provider.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric preventive care, developmental health, chronic disease management, and evidence-based clinical practice.
- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient education skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $286,000 – $356,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on pediatric clinical experience, specialty expertise, certifications, geographic location, leadership responsibilities, and overall qualifications.
