We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to provide strategic analysis, operational insights, and business recommendations that support enterprise decision-making. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by evaluating organizational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading cross-functional initiatives that align with corporate objectives.
The Senior Management Analyst collaborates with Executive Leadership, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resources, Product Management, and Business Unit Leaders to analyze complex business issues, improve organizational performance, and support enterprise transformation initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to influence executive strategy while working on high-impact projects across a global organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic business analyses to support executive decision-making and long-term organizational planning.
- Evaluate operational performance, financial metrics, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.
- Develop executive dashboards, performance scorecards, business cases, and strategic reports.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting digital transformation, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, benchmarking, and industry trend evaluations.
- Support strategic planning, annual business reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management activities.
- Develop business models, financial analyses, and investment recommendations for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enterprise improvement initiatives.
- Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to executive leadership and senior management.
- Monitor project performance, organizational KPIs, and business outcomes to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
- Mentor junior analysts while promoting analytical best practices and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation, executive presentations, and governance materials.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline required.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or Analytics preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy, operations, or corporate planning.
- Strong experience with financial analysis, operational improvement, and executive reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and business transformation methodologies.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, or equivalent professional certification is considered an advantage.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence executive leaders and manage enterprise-wide initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $312,000 – $382,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on strategic analysis expertise, management consulting experience, leadership capabilities, geographic location, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications.
