We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build practical software development experience while contributing to enterprise applications and customer-facing products. Working alongside experienced software engineers, architects, and technical leaders, you’ll participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and coding to testing, deployment, and ongoing application support.
The Junior Software Developer will collaborate with Product Managers, Senior Software Engineers, Quality Assurance, DevOps Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and Business Analysts to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise software applications.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline required.
- Internship, co-op, academic project, or up to 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Exposure to Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform is considered an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $198,000 – $252,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on education, technical skills, internship or early-career experience, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
