Compensation Package: $280K – $370K
About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, product intelligence, and digital workflow technology organization supporting enterprise customers across complex and rapidly evolving business environments. The company builds digital products that help organizations automate workflows, improve decision-making, modernize operations, strengthen customer engagement, and scale technology-driven business performance.
This is not a product role focused only on managing tickets, writing basic requirements, or coordinating feature requests. Product Management is treated as a strategic business function that connects customer needs, market opportunity, product vision, technical execution, commercial performance, and long-term company growth. The organization expects product leaders to understand customer problems deeply, make informed prioritization decisions, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver product outcomes that create measurable value.
The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product capabilities, cloud-native platform expansion, workflow automation, data intelligence, user experience modernization, enterprise integrations, product-led growth, customer adoption, analytics, security readiness, and scalable product operations. As the business grows, leadership is seeking a Senior Product Manager who can own meaningful product areas, shape roadmap priorities, and help turn strategic product direction into practical execution.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing roadmap priorities, leading discovery, translating customer and market insights into product decisions, and partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Security, and Executive Leadership. This role will help ensure the company builds products that solve real customer problems, support enterprise needs, and strengthen competitive positioning.
This role requires someone who can balance strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ambiguous problems, evaluating customer feedback, analyzing product data, defining product requirements, aligning stakeholders, and making tradeoffs between speed, quality, technical feasibility, customer impact, and business value.
The selected candidate will help guide product direction in a large technology environment where product decisions affect revenue, retention, customer trust, user adoption, platform scalability, and market differentiation. This is a strong opportunity for a product leader who enjoys building complex digital products, working across multiple teams, and creating solutions that matter at enterprise scale.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Define and manage product strategy, roadmap priorities, product requirements, launch plans, and measurable outcomes for assigned product areas.
• Lead product discovery by gathering customer feedback, market insights, competitive intelligence, user behavior data, internal stakeholder input, and product performance signals.
• Translate complex customer needs and business problems into clear product opportunities, requirements, user stories, success metrics, and execution plans.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Data, Security, and QA teams to guide product development from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.
• Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value, revenue impact, adoption potential, technical complexity, risk, strategic alignment, and business priorities.

• Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, customer value propositions, launch materials, sales enablement content, and adoption campaigns.
• Support enterprise customer conversations, product demos, feedback sessions, advisory groups, and strategic account discussions when product expertise is needed.
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled features, automation, workflow improvement, integrations, analytics, personalization, and platform enhancements.
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations, competitor movement, regulatory considerations, technology shifts, and product opportunities that may affect roadmap direction.
• Improve product management practices by strengthening prioritization frameworks, discovery routines, product analytics, launch processes, and cross-functional communication.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required.
• MBA, master’s degree, or advanced product, technology, or business-related education preferred.

About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, strategic alliances, partner ecosystem, digital transformation, revenue growth, and enterprise solutions organization supporting enterprise customers, channel partners, technology partners, integration ecosystems, platform alliances, and commercial growth initiatives across the United States. The company operates in a highly competitive digital market where strategic partnerships directly influence market expansion, customer acquisition, product adoption, revenue growth, ecosystem credibility, solution reach, and long-term enterprise value.
This is not a traditional partnerships role focused only on introductions, relationship maintenance, or basic referral activity. The Strategic Partnerships role will serve as a business growth and ecosystem development position responsible for identifying, building, managing, and expanding high-value partner relationships that support company strategy, customer value, revenue generation, product reach, and market positioning.
The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled partner intelligence, cloud marketplace growth, technology alliances, channel programs, referral networks, co-selling motions, integration partnerships, joint go-to-market campaigns, partner enablement, enterprise solution ecosystems, customer success partnerships, and partner performance analytics. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Strategic Partnerships professional who can bring commercial judgment, relationship strength, analytical thinking, negotiation ability, market awareness, and cross-functional execution to a highly visible role.
The Strategic Partnerships role will support partnership strategy across alliance development, partner sourcing, co-selling programs, ecosystem expansion, partner enablement, joint business planning, partner performance tracking, integration opportunities, customer referrals, commercial negotiations, and strategic account collaboration. This role will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, Data Analytics, Technology, and Executive Leadership to ensure partnerships create measurable business value.
This role requires a professional who understands that successful partnerships must go beyond signed agreements. The ideal candidate will know how to identify the right partners, build mutual value propositions, structure partner plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, support revenue opportunities, manage partner expectations, track performance, strengthen executive relationships, and turn partnership strategy into practical commercial results.
The selected candidate will help improve how the company builds and scales its partner ecosystem. This includes strengthening partner qualification, improving co-selling motions, building stronger partner enablement, creating clearer performance dashboards, supporting marketplace opportunities, improving joint customer value, and ensuring partnerships become a real growth channel rather than a disconnected relationship function.
This is a strong opportunity for a partnerships professional who wants to support enterprise growth, work with high-value technology and business partners, build market influence, and help a large technology-driven organization expand through trusted strategic relationships.
