Your Role at the Company
As Director of Enterprise Operations, you will lead operational strategy, execution management, and performance optimization initiatives across enterprise business functions. You will play a critical role in aligning operational execution with corporate objectives while driving efficiency, scalability, and organizational consistency.
This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, department leaders, and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen enterprise performance management.
You will also help shape operational governance frameworks, transformation initiatives, and long-term operational maturity across the organization.
This is not a traditional operations management role. It is a strategic enterprise leadership position focused on enabling scalable growth, operational resilience, and organizational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide operational strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead operational transformation and process optimization initiatives across multiple business functions
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures to improve operational visibility
- Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with growth initiatives
- Improve organizational efficiency through workflow optimization and scalable operational processes
- Oversee enterprise resource planning, operational governance, and execution tracking
- Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Finance, Technology, HR, and Product teams
- Lead enterprise-wide operational planning and business continuity initiatives
- Mentor operational leaders and strengthen organizational execution capabilities
What You’ll Bring
- 10–15+ years of experience in operations leadership, enterprise management, or transformation-focused roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale operational environments across complex organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, operational strategy, and business performance frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives and organizational scaling efforts
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
- Experience working in enterprise technology, healthcare, financial services, consulting, or large operational environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $288,000 – $345,000
