About the Opportunity

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, administrative support, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee record management systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack.
- Understanding of basic Human Resources practices and employment documentation.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $105,000 – $165,000 annually, based on HR experience, administrative expertise, HRIS proficiency, industry background, and overall qualifications.
