Modern organizations need marketing leaders who can do more than manage campaigns or oversee creative output. They need leaders who can connect brand strategy with pipeline impact, translate product value into compelling messaging, guide teams through integrated campaigns, analyze performance, strengthen customer engagement, and help the business compete effectively in a fast-changing market.
Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled marketing tools, brand positioning, demand generation, content strategy, customer segmentation, marketing automation, product marketing, digital performance, partner marketing, analytics, lifecycle marketing, events, account-based marketing, and scalable revenue operations. We are seeking a highly capable Director of Marketing who can lead marketing strategy, improve campaign performance, strengthen brand visibility, and build programs that support measurable business outcomes.

The selected candidate will work closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Partnerships, Creative, Content, Demand Generation, Analytics, Finance, and external agency partners to ensure marketing priorities are aligned, measurable, customer-centered, and tied to company growth goals.
This is a strong opportunity for a marketing leader who wants to influence brand strategy, revenue growth, customer engagement, and market positioning in a remote-first organization where marketing is treated as a strategic business function.
Your Role at the Company
As Director of Marketing, you will lead marketing strategy, campaign planning, brand positioning, demand generation, content direction, product messaging, marketing analytics, and cross-functional marketing execution.
You will be responsible for developing marketing programs that build awareness, generate qualified demand, support sales conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and improve market visibility.
You will serve as a trusted marketing partner to leadership while maintaining accountability for marketing performance, campaign quality, brand consistency, budget discipline, team coordination, and measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing leadership, digital marketing expertise, revenue orientation, strong communication, analytical discipline, creative judgment, and the ability to lead teams through execution.
What You’ll Do
Develop and lead marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, content, product marketing, customer marketing, campaigns, events, and revenue support.
Build integrated marketing plans that align with company goals, product priorities, sales targets, customer needs, and market opportunities.
Lead demand generation programs designed to create qualified pipeline, improve conversion, increase engagement, and support revenue growth.
Strengthen brand positioning by refining messaging, value propositions, campaign themes, market narratives, and customer-facing communications.
Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals, lead quality standards, account targeting, conversion metrics, and sales enablement needs.
Partner with Product teams to support launches, product messaging, competitive positioning, feature communication, customer education, and market feedback loops.
Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, website strategy, landing pages, webinars, events, and marketing automation.
Lead content strategy across thought leadership, case studies, executive messaging, blogs, white papers, sales collateral, product materials, newsletters, and campaign assets.
Analyze campaign performance, funnel metrics, audience behavior, conversion rates, attribution, customer engagement, and marketing ROI to improve results.
Guide marketing operations by improving campaign workflows, data quality, automation rules, lead routing, reporting dashboards, and performance visibility.
Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, agency partners, campaign investments, and resource allocation with discipline and accountability.
Support customer marketing initiatives, including retention campaigns, customer stories, advocacy programs, lifecycle communications, and expansion support.
Lead and develop marketing team members by setting clear priorities, providing feedback, improving collaboration, and building strong execution rhythms.

Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, digital business services, fintech, healthcare technology, cybersecurity, data platforms, or high-growth B2B environments preferred.
