We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Learning Officer to lead the organization’s enterprise learning, leadership development, talent development, and workforce capability strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide learning and organizational development strategy.

- Build scalable learning ecosystems that support employees across functions, levels, and geographic locations.
- Partner with Executive Leadership to identify critical capability gaps and future workforce requirements.
- Design succession planning and leadership pipeline development initiatives.
- Establish learning metrics, performance indicators, and analytics to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Oversee learning technologies, digital learning platforms, learning management systems, and development resources.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities, professional organizations, consultants, and learning providers.
- Champion continuous learning, innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth across the organization.
- Lead enterprise-wide change management and transformation learning initiatives.
- Develop executive coaching and leadership assessment programs.
- Establish learning budgets, resource strategies, and investment priorities.
- Evaluate emerging learning technologies, artificial intelligence, and modern workforce development practices.
- Present learning strategy, workforce capability insights, and program performance to executive leadership and the board.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree strongly preferred; advanced degree in organizational leadership, education, or business is highly valued.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, organizational development, or executive leadership.
- Significant experience leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development functions.
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale workforce development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development, succession planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Experience managing significant budgets, teams, external partners, and enterprise learning technologies.
- Strong understanding of learning analytics, digital learning, and modern talent development methodologies.

Strategic Support
The Chief Learning Officer serves as the organization’s senior executive authority for learning, leadership development, workforce capability, and organizational growth. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $350,000 – $480,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, organizational development expertise, enterprise-scale learning leadership, industry background, and overall qualifications.
