About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI-enabled technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation organization supporting complex products, enterprise platforms, customer-facing systems, internal technology programs, and large-scale modernization initiatives across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where technical execution, cross-functional alignment, system reliability, product delivery, security readiness, and operational scalability directly influence customer trust and business growth.

This is not a program management role focused only on status tracking or meeting coordination. Technical Program Management is a strategic delivery function that connects engineering execution, product priorities, infrastructure readiness, security expectations, operational planning, and business outcomes. The organization relies on Technical Program Managers to bring structure to ambiguity, connect technical teams with business stakeholders, remove delivery blockers, and ensure complex programs move forward with discipline and transparency.

The company is continuing to invest in cloud platform modernization, AI-enabled product capabilities, security transformation, enterprise data platforms, internal systems improvement, infrastructure scalability, automation, developer productivity, customer migration programs, and large technology roadmap initiatives. These efforts require a Senior Technical Program Manager who can manage high-impact programs across multiple teams, systems, dependencies, and executive stakeholders.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead complex technical programs from planning through execution, launch, and post-delivery improvement. This role will work closely with Engineering, Product, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data, Architecture, Design, Operations, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to ensure technical programs are delivered with clear ownership, measurable milestones, strong risk management, and business alignment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical programs across cloud infrastructure, product engineering, data platforms, security initiatives, enterprise systems, AI-enabled capabilities, and digital transformation projects.

• Develop program plans that define scope, objectives, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, risks, owners, timelines, success metrics, and communication routines.

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Operations leaders to align technical execution with product strategy, business goals, customer commitments, and platform requirements.

• Manage cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, ensuring clear accountability, timely decision-making, dependency tracking, and visible progress against milestones.

• Identify technical risks, resource gaps, architectural dependencies, security concerns, operational constraints, customer impact, and delivery blockers early.

• Facilitate program governance through regular operating reviews, stakeholder updates, risk reviews, dependency discussions, executive briefings, and decision forums.

• Support roadmap planning by helping teams translate technical priorities, product needs, infrastructure investments, and business requirements into executable program plans.

• Coordinate large-scale releases, migrations, platform changes, system implementations, integration workstreams, testing plans, launch readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure programs account for security controls, privacy obligations, audit needs, regulatory expectations, and risk mitigation.

• Work with Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to assess customer impact, readiness requirements, communication needs, support handoffs, and operational adoption.

• Maintain program documentation, including charters, roadmaps, RAID logs, status reports, decision records, dependency maps, release plans, and executive summaries.

• Prepare leadership reporting on program progress, risks, scope changes, timeline movement, budget considerations, business impact, and decisions needed.

• Improve technical program management practices, delivery frameworks, communication standards, risk management routines, and cross-functional execution processes.

• Experience within enterprise SaaS, cloud technology, AI-enabled platforms, cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare technology, data platforms, digital products, or large-scale technology environments strongly preferred.

• Proven success leading complex technical programs involving multiple engineering teams, product stakeholders, infrastructure dependencies, integrations, security requirements, and executive-level visibility.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile and hybrid delivery methods, cloud infrastructure, APIs, data platforms, release management, system integration, testing, and operational readiness.
