Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of financial strategy with operational execution across business units.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management for operational functions.
- Analyze operational processes to identify cost efficiencies, productivity improvements, and scalability opportunities.
- Partner with operations leadership to optimize supply chain, logistics, and service delivery models.
- Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics aligned with financial and operational goals.
- Drive initiatives focused on process automation, system enhancements, and operational transformation.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks across operations.
- Support capital investment decisions, including infrastructure, technology, and expansion initiatives.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team spanning finance and operations disciplines.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in finance, operations, or combined finance-operations leadership roles.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, technology platforms, or operationally intensive industries.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, operational analytics, and performance management systems.
- Experience managing complex, multi-region operations with significant scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

- Compensation Package: $310,000 – $430,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
