Our organization supports distributed employees, business leaders, customer-facing teams, internal operations, vendors, projects, and enterprise workflows that require professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistent execution.
As organizations scale across remote-first and digitally connected environments, administrative support has become more important than basic clerical work. Modern administrative professionals help teams stay organized, leaders stay prepared, meetings stay productive, records stay accurate, and business activity moves forward without unnecessary friction. This is a strong opportunity for an organized administrative professional who wants to work in a high-trust remote environment, support business leaders and teams, improve operational coordination, and contribute to the effectiveness of a large technology-driven company.
Your Role at the Company
As Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to leaders, teams, and business functions while helping manage schedules, communication, documentation, meetings, expenses, records, and operational coordination.

The ideal candidate combines administrative skill, business awareness, strong communication, technology fluency, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage calendars, recurring meetings, department sessions, project discussions, customer-related meetings, vendor calls, internal reviews, and team coordination activities.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including agendas, attendees, materials, virtual links, reminders, notes, action items, and follow-up communication.
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, trackers, meeting notes, leadership updates, internal communications, and business support materials.
Support leaders and teams by organizing priorities, tracking deadlines, managing requests, coordinating follow-ups, and helping ensure commitments are completed.
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors, customers, candidates, and cross-functional teams where appropriate.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related administrative details when required.
Process expense reports, purchase requests, invoices, reimbursements, vendor documentation, and administrative finance items in partnership with Finance or Procurement.
