About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the organization’s recruitment strategy and hiring operations. This role will manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring-manager partnerships, and candidate engagement across multiple functions and levels.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership to understand workforce requirements and deliver qualified talent efficiently. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with excellent communication, organization, candidate assessment, and relationship-management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical, professional, and business positions.
- Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and talent databases.
- Review resumes and applications against established job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and qualification assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the candidate journey.
- Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employer-branding and talent-attraction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance.
- Partner with HR teams to ensure consistent hiring processes and compliance.
- Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, virtual recruiting events, and industry activities.
- Research talent-market trends and recommend improvements to recruiting strategies.
- Support diversity-focused sourcing and inclusive candidate-experience initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills.
- Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or professional positions preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards preferred.
- Strong understanding of interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruiting best practices.
- Knowledge of applicable U.S. employment and recruiting regulations.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Recruiting certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS are a plus.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
- Flexible hours may occasionally be required for candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Frequent virtual collaboration with candidates, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership.
- Primarily computer-based work using ATS, sourcing, HR, communication, and collaboration platforms.
- Occasional travel for recruiting events, career fairs, conferences, and company meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $105,000 – $170,000 annually, based on recruiting experience, hiring volume, technical recruiting expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
