About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Information Technology Manager to oversee technology operations, infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity coordination, technical support, and IT service delivery across the organization. This role will ensure that technology systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

The Information Technology Manager will lead IT initiatives, manage technology resources, oversee vendors, support business continuity, and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on technology strategy. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with people leadership, project management, and business acumen.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure, systems, applications, and technical support.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
  • Oversee IT service delivery, incident management, problem resolution, and service-level performance.
  • Establish technology policies, standards, procedures, and operational controls.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.
  • Coordinate cybersecurity initiatives, access controls, vulnerability management, and security awareness.
  • Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and licensing agreements.
  • Lead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and technology expenditures.
  • Maintain disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and technology resilience processes.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintain IT asset inventories and lifecycle management programs.
  • Develop documentation for systems, processes, configurations, and technical procedures.
  • Establish KPIs and prepare IT performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop IT professionals.
  • Partner with business departments to identify technology requirements and solutions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
  • 3+ years of IT management or technical leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, systems administration, and IT operations.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity and access management, endpoint security, and data protection.
  • Experience with IT service management and frameworks such as ITIL preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, virtualization, and enterprise applications.
  • Experience managing IT vendors, budgets, projects, and technology resources.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and business continuity.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, PMP, or relevant Microsoft/AWS/Azure credentials are a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Standard Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility for critical IT incidents.

  • Primarily computer-based work using IT management, monitoring, collaboration, and cloud platforms.
  • Occasional travel for technology implementations, vendor meetings, conferences, and company events.

Job Function

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $230,000 – $290,000 annually, based on IT leadership experience, technical expertise, organizational complexity, cloud capabilities, industry background, and overall qualifications.
