Our organization supports multiple business units, vendor relationships, customer accounts, subscription-based services, expense workflows, finance systems, procurement processes, and leadership teams that require dependable financial administration and careful attention to detail.

As organizations scale, bookkeeping becomes more than basic transaction entry or routine payment tracking. Modern finance teams need bookkeeping professionals who can maintain accurate records, support clean reporting, improve documentation, reconcile activity, organize financial data, assist with close processes, and help accounting leadership maintain confidence in day-to-day financial operations. The Bookkeeper role is an important part of ensuring the company’s financial foundation remains accurate, organized, and ready for growth.

We are seeking a highly reliable Bookkeeper who can support daily accounting activity, maintain clean financial records, coordinate with internal teams, and help improve the efficiency and accuracy of finance operations.

This is not a traditional bookkeeping role focused only on basic data entry, filing receipts, or recording simple transactions. The Bookkeeper will serve as a trusted finance operations support professional responsible for managing transaction records, supporting accounts payable and receivable activity, reconciling accounts, organizing financial documentation, assisting with expense workflows, supporting month-end preparation, and helping the finance team maintain accurate books in a fast-moving remote-first environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, HR, Operations, Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure financial information is complete, accurate, timely, and well-documented. This role will support both daily finance operations and broader improvements to accounting workflows, reporting readiness, and financial process consistency.

This is a strong opportunity for a bookkeeping professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven organization, support modern finance systems, improve financial recordkeeping, and help build a more organized, scalable, and reliable accounting operations function.

Your Role at the Company

As Bookkeeper, you will support the organization’s day-to-day financial recordkeeping, transaction processing, account reconciliation, documentation, and finance operations activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate books, recording financial transactions, supporting accounts payable and receivable workflows, reconciling bank and credit card activity, organizing vendor and customer records, assisting with expense tracking, and preparing financial information for accounting review.

You will serve as a dependable partner to the finance and accounting teams while maintaining accountability for accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, documentation quality, and strong follow-through.

The ideal candidate combines bookkeeping knowledge, attention to detail, finance system fluency, organization, communication strength, and practical problem-solving ability to support accurate financial operations.

What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate financial records by entering, reviewing, organizing, and updating transactions in accounting and finance systems.

Support accounts payable activities, including vendor invoice review, coding support, approval tracking, payment preparation, statement reconciliation, and vendor record maintenance.

Support accounts receivable activities, including customer invoice tracking, payment posting, aging review, collection follow-up support, and customer account documentation.

Maintain organized financial files, invoices, receipts, contracts, purchase records, payment confirmations, reimbursement documents, and audit support materials.

Partner with Procurement and business teams to support purchase order tracking, vendor setup, invoice matching, expense coding, and payment status questions.

Partner with Payroll and HR teams to support employee expense tracking, reimbursement documentation, payroll-related records, and benefits-related accounting support where applicable.

Assist with expense management workflows, including employee expense review, credit card activity tracking, receipt collection, policy checks, and reporting support.

Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and finance stakeholders regarding invoices, payment status, documentation needs, account questions, and follow-up items.

Support process improvement by helping standardize bookkeeping routines, improve documentation, reduce manual work, and strengthen financial workflow accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

4+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, accounts payable, accounts receivable, finance administration, payroll support, reconciliation work, or financial operations.

Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, professional services, healthcare technology, financial services, business services, consulting, or remote-first organizations is preferred.

Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, transaction recording, account reconciliation, invoice processing, expense tracking, payment posting, and financial documentation.
