Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a complex financial environment where accurate accounting, disciplined reporting, strong internal controls, timely close processes, and financial transparency support long-term business performance. Our organization supports multiple business units, enterprise customers, subscription-based revenue streams, vendor relationships, operating functions, financial systems, and leadership teams that require reliable accounting practices and strong financial stewardship.

As companies scale, the accounting function becomes one of the most important foundations for business confidence, investor readiness, compliance, operational visibility, and executive decision-making. The Senior Accountant role is designed for a detail-oriented finance professional who can support accurate financial reporting, improve close processes, strengthen reconciliations, maintain accounting discipline, and help leaders trust the numbers behind business performance.

Our company is investing heavily in finance transformation, cloud-based accounting systems, reporting automation, AI-enabled finance workflows, internal control maturity, revenue visibility, expense management, audit readiness, process documentation, and scalable financial operations. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Accountant who can support enterprise-level accounting activities while improving accuracy, efficiency, documentation, and financial process quality.

This is not a traditional accounting role focused only on journal entries, routine reconciliations, or month-end task completion. The Senior Accountant will serve as a trusted financial operations partner responsible for supporting close activities, account analysis, financial reporting, variance review, audit support, revenue and expense accounting, process improvement, and internal control execution across a large remote-first organization.

The selected candidate will work closely with Accounting Leadership, Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Procurement, HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, IT, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure accounting activities are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with enterprise growth needs.

This is a strong opportunity for an accounting professional who wants to support a high-performing finance organization, improve accounting processes, contribute to audit readiness, work with modern systems, and help build a scalable accounting model for a growing technology-driven company.

Your Role at the Company

Support internal control activities, including control execution, evidence preparation, process documentation, approval tracking, and issue remediation.

Assist with external audits, internal audits, tax requests, compliance reviews, and financial reporting deliverables.

Improve accounting processes by identifying manual work, recurring errors, reconciliation gaps, reporting delays, and opportunities for automation or standardization.

Maintain accurate accounting documentation, including close checklists, reconciliation templates, standard operating procedures, accounting memos, and process notes.
