We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps Manager to lead infrastructure strategy, automation initiatives, cloud operations, and platform reliability efforts across our enterprise technology ecosystem.


Your Role at the Company

As DevOps Manager, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability platforms, and operational processes that support mission-critical business systems.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Security, Product, Data, and Technology Leadership teams to ensure infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business objectives.

This role extends beyond infrastructure management. You will serve as a strategic technology leader responsible for driving automation, improving developer productivity, strengthening system reliability, reducing operational risk, and enabling faster innovation across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, cloud architecture experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for operational excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise DevOps, cloud operations, and infrastructure engineering initiatives
  • Design and execute cloud infrastructure strategies supporting scalability and reliability
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment
  • Drive Infrastructure-as-Code adoption and automation initiatives
  • Improve system performance, availability, observability, and operational resilience
  • Partner with Security teams to strengthen compliance, governance, and infrastructure security
  • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and service reliability improvement efforts
  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and performance management frameworks
  • Manage cloud environments across AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid infrastructures
  • Optimize infrastructure costs and resource utilization
  • Mentor DevOps engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, and platform teams
  • Support organizational modernization and cloud transformation initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
  • Strong expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, or multi-cloud environments
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using modern deployment frameworks
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of observability platforms, monitoring solutions, and incident management processes
  • Experience supporting highly available enterprise systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
