About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud infrastructure, digital workplace, IT operations, cybersecurity support, enterprise systems, and business technology organization supporting a distributed workforce, cloud-based platforms, internal business applications, secure collaboration systems, customer-facing teams, and fast-moving operating functions across the United States. The company operates in a technology-driven environment where reliable IT analysis, systems visibility, process support, data accuracy, service reporting, access workflows, and technology coordination directly influence employee productivity, operational efficiency, security readiness, and business continuity.

This is not a traditional IT support role focused only on responding to tickets, basic troubleshooting, or routine system updates. The IT Analyst will serve as a business technology partner responsible for analyzing IT processes, supporting enterprise systems, improving service delivery, documenting workflows, tracking technology performance, assisting with access and asset management, and helping IT leaders make better operational decisions through accurate information and practical recommendations.

The company is continuing to invest in cloud-based collaboration tools, IT service management, endpoint visibility, identity and access workflows, enterprise application support, IT analytics, automation, knowledge management, vendor tracking, service desk reporting, security partnership, remote workforce support, and scalable internal technology processes. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking an IT Analyst who can bring analytical thinking, technical curiosity, service orientation, documentation discipline, systems awareness, and strong cross-functional communication to a high-impact role.

The IT Analyst will work across IT Operations, Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Data Analytics, Product, Engineering, Operations, and business stakeholders to improve how technology requests, systems data, access workflows, support issues, vendor information, and IT performance metrics are tracked, analyzed, and communicated. This role will support both daily IT operations and broader technology improvement initiatives.

This role requires a professional who understands that IT analysis is not only about gathering information, but also about identifying patterns, improving processes, clarifying requirements, supporting decisions, and helping teams operate with better visibility. The ideal candidate will know how to review ticket trends, document system workflows, support software and hardware tracking, analyze service issues, assist with user access processes, prepare reports, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

The selected candidate will help improve how the organization measures, manages, and supports internal technology services. This includes strengthening IT reporting, improving data accuracy, supporting process automation, reducing recurring support issues, improving documentation, assisting with vendor and asset visibility, and ensuring IT operations becomes more efficient, reliable, and business-aligned.

This is a strong opportunity for an IT professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven organization, support enterprise systems, improve IT operations, partner with security and business teams, and help build a more mature digital workplace environment for a remote-first company.
