We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Engineer to help shape our AI strategy, lead advanced engineering initiatives, and build next-generation intelligent systems that support long-term organizational growth.
Your Role at the Company
As Lead AI Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and scaling enterprise AI solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product leaders, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to transform innovative ideas into production-ready systems.
You will play a critical role in building AI-powered applications, machine learning pipelines, intelligent automation frameworks, and generative AI platforms that support strategic business objectives.
This role extends beyond model development. You will help define AI architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor technical teams, and influence long-term technology direction while ensuring solutions remain scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and machine learning solutions
- Architect production-ready AI systems that support business-critical applications
- Build and optimize machine learning pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and MLOps environments
- Develop Generative AI applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Executive teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives
- Design scalable AI infrastructure utilizing cloud platforms and distributed computing environments
- Implement model monitoring, governance, testing, and performance optimization frameworks
- Drive AI innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
- Establish engineering best practices for AI development, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Mentor engineers, data scientists, and technical teams
- Support AI strategy development and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI development experience
- 3+ years leading AI initiatives, engineering teams, or enterprise AI programs
- Strong expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI solutions
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and AI lifecycle management
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services
- Strong software architecture and distributed systems knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field preferred
