Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a market where product strategy, customer insight, platform innovation, user experience, data intelligence, and disciplined execution directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, complex product portfolios, digital platforms, customer-facing applications, internal tools, revenue teams, engineering groups, and cross-functional business initiatives that require strong product leadership, clear prioritization, and measurable customer value.

As technology markets become more competitive, product leadership has become one of the most important drivers of growth, differentiation, customer retention, operational efficiency, and long-term enterprise value. Companies need product leaders who can do more than manage roadmaps. They need leaders who can understand customer problems deeply, define product vision, align technical and commercial priorities, guide investment decisions, improve adoption, partner with engineering, and turn product strategy into scalable business outcomes.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled product capabilities, cloud platform modernization, customer intelligence, workflow automation, product analytics, enterprise integrations, self-service experiences, digital transformation, product operations, experimentation frameworks, and scalable product development practices. We are seeking a highly accomplished VP of Product who can lead product strategy, strengthen product execution, improve portfolio performance, and help shape the next stage of growth.

This is not a traditional product management role focused only on backlog ownership, feature requests, or routine roadmap updates. The VP of Product will serve as a senior product leader responsible for connecting customer needs, market opportunity, business strategy, technical feasibility, product vision, pricing considerations, adoption goals, and revenue outcomes into one disciplined product operating model.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Engineering, Design, Data Science, AI Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, Support, and strategic partners to ensure product decisions are aligned with customer value, business priorities, technology strategy, and enterprise growth.

This role requires a leader who understands how product strategy affects every part of the business. The ideal candidate will know how to define product direction, evaluate market opportunities, lead product managers, guide discovery, prioritize investments, improve product adoption, support go-to-market execution, interpret customer data, and make clear tradeoffs in a fast-moving technology environment.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact product organization while partnering directly with executive leadership to shape product vision, customer experience, platform strategy, AI-enabled innovation, and long-term business success.

Your Role at the Company

As VP of Product, you will oversee product strategy, product portfolio performance, roadmap development, product management operations, customer discovery, market insight, and cross-functional execution across assigned platforms, products, or business lines.

You will be responsible for leading product managers, defining product vision, setting strategic priorities, improving discovery and delivery routines, strengthening customer value, and ensuring product investments support growth, retention, adoption, and operational scalability.

You will serve as a trusted product partner to executive leadership while maintaining accountability for product direction, roadmap quality, customer outcomes, portfolio performance, product adoption, and alignment between business strategy and technology execution.

The ideal candidate combines product vision, customer empathy, commercial judgment, technical fluency, leadership maturity, analytical discipline, and execution strength to drive measurable product and business results.

What You’ll Do

Lead product strategy across assigned products, platforms, customer segments, or business lines while ensuring alignment with company goals, market opportunity, customer needs, and revenue objectives.

Define and communicate product vision, portfolio priorities, roadmap direction, investment themes, customer value propositions, and measurable product outcomes.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve product positioning, adoption, launch readiness, customer feedback loops, competitive insight, and expansion opportunities.

Lead product discovery practices, including customer interviews, market research, workflow analysis, data review, opportunity assessment, prototype feedback, and business case development.

Establish roadmap governance, prioritization frameworks, product planning routines, release communication, product review cadences, and decision-making processes.

Use product analytics, customer usage data, revenue signals, support trends, market intelligence, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and measure impact.

Evaluate new product opportunities, AI-enabled capabilities, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, platform enhancements, customer experience improvements, and market expansion initiatives.

Guide product managers in writing strong product requirements, opportunity briefs, roadmap narratives, success metrics, launch plans, and executive-ready product updates.

Support product launch execution by coordinating with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Support, Operations, Legal, Security, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Monitor product performance across adoption, engagement, retention, usage, revenue contribution, customer satisfaction, churn risk, support volume, and product quality.

Identify product risks related to unclear requirements, weak adoption, technical debt, market shifts, customer friction, competitive threats, security needs, or delivery constraints.

Build a culture of customer obsession, outcome-based prioritization, analytical thinking, disciplined execution, collaboration, innovation, and product accountability.

What You’ll Bring

15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product strategy, product leadership, SaaS platforms, digital products, product operations, or enterprise technology leadership.

7+ years of leadership experience managing product managers, product teams, product portfolios, platform teams, or cross-functional product initiatives.

Experience working within enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platforms, fintech, cybersecurity, healthcare technology, data platforms, customer experience technology, or large-scale digital product environments.

Proven success defining product strategy, leading roadmaps, improving adoption, launching products, managing complex portfolios, and driving measurable customer and business outcomes.

Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, product analytics, customer segmentation, pricing input, go-to-market partnership, and product lifecycle management.

Experience partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, Data Science, AI teams, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Security, Support, and Executive Leadership.

Experience preparing executive product narratives, roadmap presentations, business cases, launch plans, customer insights, performance dashboards, and product investment recommendations.

Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, decision-making, strategic planning, coaching, negotiation, and cross-functional execution skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Design, Economics, or a related field required.

MBA, master’s degree, technical degree, product leadership certification, AI product training, or advanced business education preferred.
