About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain planning, procurement coordination, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and operational improvement initiatives. This role will ensure the organization maintains an efficient, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain capable of supporting business growth and customer requirements.
The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Executive Leadership to optimize supply availability, inventory levels, supplier performance, transportation, and overall supply chain efficiency.
The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain expertise, analytical capabilities, vendor management experience, and a proven ability to solve complex operational challenges. Success in this role requires strong planning, communication, negotiation, financial, and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage supply chain strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, availability, replenishment requirements, and working capital.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and other external partners.
- Evaluate supplier performance, quality, pricing, capacity, delivery, and service levels.
- Coordinate purchasing activities to ensure materials, products, and resources are available when required.
- Develop forecasts and supply plans based on historical data, market conditions, and business requirements.
- Monitor supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs covering inventory accuracy, supplier performance, fulfillment, transportation, and operational efficiency.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage supply chain budgets, working capital, and cost initiatives.
- Partner with Operations and Sales teams to align supply availability with customer demand.
- Optimize transportation, distribution, and fulfillment processes.
- Analyze supply chain data and develop reports for leadership.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes.
- Support supply chain technology implementations, automation, and process modernization.
- Ensure supply chain activities comply with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning systems, ERP platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience developing forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and operational reports.
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and reduce operating costs.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain risk management and business continuity practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Working Conditions
- Fully Remote position within the United States.
- Standard Monday through Friday business schedule.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $185,000 – $275,000 annually, based on supply chain leadership experience, industry expertise, organizational scale, technical capabilities, and overall qualifications.
