Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology organization operating in a highly competitive market where strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, alliance execution, market expansion, customer access, and cross-functional growth directly influence long-term business performance. Our organization supports enterprise customers, technology partners, channel partners, solution providers, consulting firms, platform alliances, revenue teams, product teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on strong partnership strategy to unlock new opportunities and accelerate growth.

As companies continue to scale, partnerships have become one of the most important growth channels for modern enterprise organizations. Strategic partnerships help companies enter new markets, strengthen product value, expand customer reach, improve solution delivery, generate pipeline, and create competitive differentiation. The Strategic Partnerships Leader role is central to identifying the right partners, building trusted relationships, negotiating practical collaboration models, and turning partnership strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled technology, partner ecosystem development, cloud platform alliances, channel growth, co-selling motions, marketplace partnerships, system integration relationships, customer solution partnerships, partner marketing, revenue operations, business intelligence, and scalable partnership programs. We are seeking a highly accomplished Strategic Partnerships Leader who can build and manage high-value partnerships while aligning partner activity with company strategy, customer needs, product direction, and revenue goals.

This is not a traditional partnership role focused only on introductions, networking, or passive relationship management. The Strategic Partnerships Leader will serve as a senior growth and ecosystem leader responsible for developing partnership strategy, identifying high-value partner opportunities, managing executive relationships, structuring commercial agreements, supporting joint go-to-market plans, and ensuring partnerships create measurable value for customers and the business.

The selected leader will work closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, Business Development, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance, Data Analytics, Partner Operations, and external partner executives to ensure partnerships are carefully selected, well-structured, properly supported, and tied to clear business results.

This is a strong opportunity for a partnership leader who wants to shape a strategic ecosystem, influence market expansion, build executive-level relationships, and help a growing remote-first organization accelerate growth through high-impact alliances.

Your Role at the Company

As Strategic Partnerships Leader, you will lead partnership strategy, partner identification, alliance development, executive relationship management, co-selling coordination, commercial planning, and partnership performance across assigned markets, channels, platforms, or business segments.

You will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships that improve customer access, strengthen solution value, support revenue growth, expand market presence, and create long-term business advantage.

You will serve as a trusted growth partner to executive leadership while maintaining accountability for partnership quality, pipeline contribution, partner engagement, deal support, commercial alignment, and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, relationship depth, commercial judgment, executive communication, negotiation skill, product understanding, and operational discipline to turn partnerships into real business results.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap aligned with company growth goals, customer needs, product priorities, market expansion plans, and revenue objectives.

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value partnership opportunities across technology partners, channel partners, consulting firms, system integrators, platform providers, marketplaces, and strategic business alliances.

Build and maintain executive-level partner relationships that support trust, collaboration, mutual value creation, and long-term growth.

Structure partnership models that may include co-selling, referral programs, channel partnerships, platform integrations, marketplace listings, solution alliances, joint marketing, and customer delivery partnerships.

Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to identify pipeline opportunities, support account planning, coordinate introductions, and improve partner-sourced or partner-influenced revenue.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate integration opportunities, product alignment, partner roadmap needs, technical feasibility, and customer value.

Partner with Marketing to develop partner campaigns, joint messaging, webinars, events, case studies, thought leadership, and co-branded market programs.

Partner with Legal and Finance to support partnership agreements, commercial terms, revenue share models, referral structures, compliance requirements, and contract review.

Create partner business plans that define target accounts, success metrics, joint activities, responsibilities, timelines, enablement needs, and expected outcomes.

Manage partner performance through dashboards, pipeline reports, revenue analysis, activity tracking, relationship health reviews, and executive business reviews.

Support partner enablement by developing training materials, sales briefs, product positioning, process guides, communication plans, and handoff workflows.

Identify risks within partnerships, including unclear ownership, low engagement, misaligned incentives, weak pipeline conversion, poor communication, or operational friction.

Represent the company in partner meetings, executive briefings, industry events, marketplace discussions, customer sessions, and strategic planning conversations.

Build a scalable partnership operating model that improves selection, onboarding, enablement, reporting, communication, and long-term partner success.
