Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise software applications and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality, secure, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications supporting enterprise platforms.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

- Ensure software solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production applications and support incident resolution when necessary.

- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience building enterprise applications using modern software development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits
