About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, generate qualified demand, support revenue growth, and deepen customer engagement. This role will develop and execute marketing strategies across digital channels, content, campaigns, partnerships, and customer communications.

The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Business Development, and executive leadership to ensure marketing programs are aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and understands how to translate market insights, customer data, and performance analytics into effective marketing programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, social, events, and partner channels.
  • Develop campaign strategies, briefs, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitive trends, and industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop demand-generation programs and improve lead quality.
  • Partner with Product teams on positioning, messaging, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee content strategies that support customer engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage digital marketing programs including search, paid media, email, social media, and website initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and marketing partners when required.
  • Establish marketing budgets and monitor spending against approved plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, technology, automation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support customer retention and expansion initiatives through targeted communications and lifecycle programs.
  • Mentor marketing team members and contribute to broader marketing strategy and planning.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including campaign or team leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, email marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate marketing data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, professional services, or B2B environments preferred.

The Senior Marketing Manager plays a key role in translating organizational objectives into measurable marketing programs. Through integrated campaigns, performance analytics, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, the role contributes to pipeline development, customer acquisition, brand growth, retention, and overall revenue performance.


Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote position within the United States.
  • Standard Monday through Friday business schedule.
  • Flexible working hours based on team and campaign requirements.
  • Frequent virtual collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, leadership, agencies, and external partners.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required for campaign launches, webinars, events, or customer programs.
  • Occasional travel may be required for conferences, strategic meetings, and company events.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $185,000 – $285,000 annually, including base compensation and performance-based incentives, based on marketing leadership experience, industry expertise, organizational scope, technical capabilities, and overall qualifications.
