As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, Business Unit Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Operations teams to align people strategies with business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support organizational objectives and business growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational challenges.
  • Lead change management initiatives that support business transformation and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to develop recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Support leadership development, coaching, and employee engagement programs.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams to support competitive reward strategies and talent retention efforts.
  • Facilitate performance review processes, talent assessments, and succession planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and HR best practices.
  • Lead employee relations investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives across the organization.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness programs that improve productivity, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
  • Participate in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring activities, and workforce integration efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs, policies, and processes.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic business partnering responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, and employment law.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders within complex and fast-paced business environments.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience utilizing HRIS platforms, workforce analytics tools, and performance management systems.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and consulting skills.

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives. Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $220,000 – $320,000 annually, based on HR leadership experience, industry expertise, strategic impact, certifications, and overall qualifications.
