About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across the organization. This role will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning, operational decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term growth.

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee key financial processes, evaluate business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations for leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance expertise with commercial judgment, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business decisions.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, scenarios, and business performance analyses.
  • Partner with executive and department leaders to evaluate financial performance.
  • Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating metrics.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts and explain material variances.
  • Provide financial recommendations to support strategic investments and resource allocation.
  • Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Support business cases, investment evaluations, pricing analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify financial risks, trends, cost pressures, and opportunities for improved performance.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Support cash-flow planning, working-capital analysis, and financial controls.
  • Improve financial processes, reporting systems, and planning methodologies.
  • Manage and develop finance team members and provide technical guidance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, financial institutions, and professional advisors when required.
  • Maintain appropriate financial policies, procedures, controls, and documentation.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced financial qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience developing complex financial models and business analyses.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, profitability analysis, and cash flow.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with ERP, FP&A, BI, or financial reporting platforms.
  • Strong presentation and executive communication capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding reporting deadlines.
  • Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals preferred.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $190,000 – $285,000 annually, based on finance leadership experience, FP&A expertise, industry background, organizational scope, technical capabilities, and overall qualifications.
