We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive-level administrative and operational support to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing executive communications and presentations, supporting board meetings, organizing leadership events, managing confidential information, and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
The Senior Executive Assistant collaborates with Executive Leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Information Technology, external partners, and Board members to deliver world-class executive support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and strategic meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and travel logistics.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, correspondence, agendas, and briefing materials.
- Organize executive leadership meetings, board meetings, committee meetings, and company-wide events.
- Screen communications and prioritize executive requests based on business impact and urgency.
- Draft executive communications, meeting summaries, presentations, and confidential documentation.
- Track strategic initiatives, action items, and executive deliverables across multiple business units.
- Maintain confidential corporate records, contracts, executive files, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadership.
- Support budget administration, invoice approvals, procurement requests, and expense management.
- Assist with investor meetings, leadership conferences, executive retreats, and special corporate events.
- Improve executive office processes through workflow optimization and technology adoption.
- Support cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted liaison while maintaining exceptional professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior executive leadership.
- Proven experience managing executive calendars, travel coordination, board support, and confidential business operations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Concur, DocuSign, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting publicly traded or large enterprise organizations is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $272,000 – $338,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on executive support experience, organizational expertise, leadership capabilities, geographic location, education, certifications, and overall qualifications.
