Your Role at the Company
As Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure that supports business-critical analytics, reporting, operational intelligence, and AI initiatives.
You will work closely with Data Scientists, Analytics Teams, Product Managers, Software Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Business Leaders to create robust data solutions that deliver reliable, secure, and actionable insights.
This role extends beyond traditional ETL development. You will help shape enterprise data architecture, improve data governance, optimize platform performance, and establish engineering best practices that support long-term organizational growth.

What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines supporting enterprise analytics and reporting
- Build and maintain cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
- Develop robust ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data sources
- Optimize data processing performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to support AI and machine learning initiatives
- Develop real-time and batch data integration solutions
- Improve enterprise data quality, governance, and security practices
- Support migration initiatives involving cloud platforms and modern data warehouses
- Build data models that support business intelligence and operational reporting
- Establish monitoring, observability, and performance optimization frameworks
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into enterprise applications
- Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or large-scale data platform development
- Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling methodologies
- Experience building cloud-native data solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Deep knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration frameworks
- Experience with distributed data processing technologies such as Spark or Databricks
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, or similar programming languages
- Experience with modern data platforms including Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Synapse
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
