Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications supporting research and business initiatives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, scientific computing, or research and development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or similar programming languages.
- Experience developing scalable software, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, computational modeling, and software architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $220,000 – $335,000 annually, based on software engineering expertise, scientific research experience, technical specialization, industry background, and overall qualifications.
