About the Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Remote Manager of Analytics & Technology to lead analytics initiatives, technology solutions, data platforms, and high-performing technical teams. This role will connect business strategy with data and technology capabilities, enabling leadership to make informed decisions through reliable analytics, reporting, automation, and technology-driven insights.

The successful candidate will oversee analytics programs, data infrastructure, business intelligence solutions, technology projects, and team development while partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and technology initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage and mentor Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data, and Technology professionals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for analytics platforms, reporting systems, and technology capabilities.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, analytical models, and data products.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategic questions into actionable data solutions.
• Establish data quality, governance, security, and reporting standards.
• Manage analytics platforms, data pipelines, warehouses, and business intelligence environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Monitor technology and analytics performance through KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Lead technology implementations, system integrations, and analytics modernization projects.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams on scalable technical solutions.
• Support advanced analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI initiatives where appropriate.
• Develop business cases, project plans, budgets, and technology investment recommendations.
• Manage external technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Ensure technology solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability requirements.
• Present analytical findings, technology recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Establish development and analytics best practices across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency through technology and analytics.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data, technology, or related fields.
• 3+ years of management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar technologies.
• Advanced SQL and strong data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of data warehouses, data pipelines, APIs, and enterprise technology environments.
• Experience with analytics strategy, data governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or comparable analytical programming languages preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology and analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and technology governance.

Working Conditions

• Fully Remote position within the United States.
• Standard Monday through Friday schedule.
• Flexible collaboration hours may occasionally be required for distributed teams.

• Primarily computer-based work using analytics, cloud, BI, project-management, and collaboration platforms.

The Remote Manager of Analytics & Technology leads analytics strategy, business intelligence, technology initiatives, data capabilities, technical teams, reporting infrastructure, and technology modernization while ensuring solutions support broader organizational objectives.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $230,000 – $290,000 annually, based on analytics leadership experience, technical expertise, team scope, industry background, cloud capabilities, and overall qualifications.
