Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $289K – $367K
About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, digital transformation, brand communications, and corporate reputation management organization serving enterprise customers, partners, industry stakeholders, media audiences, investors, analysts, and internal teams across the United States. The company operates in a highly visible technology market where public perception, executive credibility, media presence, customer trust, product storytelling, and corporate reputation directly influence market position and business growth.
This is not a traditional public relations role focused only on drafting press releases or responding to media inquiries. Public Relations is treated as a strategic communications function that helps shape how the company is understood by customers, employees, partners, analysts, journalists, industry influencers, and the broader market. The organization expects PR leadership to connect company narrative, executive thought leadership, product innovation, customer success, brand reputation, crisis readiness, and market visibility into one clear communications strategy.
The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product storytelling, enterprise market positioning, media relations, executive communications, industry thought leadership, analyst engagement support, customer proof points, corporate announcements, awards programs, speaking opportunities, reputation monitoring, and crisis communications preparedness. As the company grows, leadership is seeking a Public Relations Manager who can bring sharp writing, media judgment, strategic thinking, and strong cross-functional coordination to a high-visibility communications role.
The Public Relations Manager will support and lead public relations programs that strengthen brand reputation, elevate executive visibility, promote company announcements, support product launches, manage media relationships, and help position the organization as a credible voice in enterprise technology and digital transformation. This role will work closely with Marketing, Communications, Product Marketing, Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, HR, Investor Relations, Data Analytics, and external agency partners.
This role requires a communications professional who understands how to translate business strategy and technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives. The ideal candidate will know how to build relationships with media contacts, prepare leadership for interviews, develop message frameworks, manage announcement calendars, monitor market perception, coordinate crisis response materials, and ensure all public communication reflects the company’s credibility and values.
The selected candidate will help strengthen the organization’s external voice and market presence. This includes improving the quality of public messaging, supporting executive communications, identifying media opportunities, preparing strong briefing materials, coordinating press activity, measuring communications impact, and ensuring the company communicates with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
This is a strong opportunity for a public relations professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven company, support meaningful brand visibility, shape external reputation, and help tell the story of innovation, customer value, and enterprise transformation at scale.
