We are seeking an experienced Programming Analyst to analyze business requirements, design software solutions, develop high-quality applications, and optimize existing enterprise systems. This role combines software development, business analysis, system integration, and application support to deliver innovative technology solutions that solve complex business challenges.
The Programming Analyst collaborates with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Database Administrators, Quality Assurance, Cloud Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that align with organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software applications and business systems.
- Develop application enhancements, new functionality, and system integrations supporting organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following software engineering best practices.
- Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, database objects, and application interfaces.
- Support API development, cloud integrations, and enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare technical documentation, application design specifications, and system support procedures.
- Identify automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency and software quality.
- Ensure applications comply with cybersecurity, regulatory, and organizational development standards.
- Stay current with emerging programming languages, frameworks, and software development technologies.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline required.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development, programming, application development, or systems analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or comparable programming languages.
- Experience with .NET, Spring Boot, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of relational databases including SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise application integration.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and secure software development practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $258,000 – $332,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on programming expertise, software development experience, technical skills, geographic location, industry knowledge, and overall qualifications.
