Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and appointment coordination.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, executive briefings, conference calls, and business events.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and expense management.
- Screen and prioritize communications, emails, correspondence, and requests on behalf of executive leadership.
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and executive documentation.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion.
- Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up activities for executives.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder communications.
- Support special projects, research assignments, and executive initiatives.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, reimbursements, and administrative records.
- Assist with event planning, executive meetings, and leadership team activities.
- Organize digital files, documentation systems, and workflow processes.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executives, business leaders, entrepreneurs, or senior management teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules, travel coordination, and executive communications.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and collaboration technologies.
- Experience handling confidential information and sensitive business matters.

Compensation & Benefits
