Your Role at the Company
As Lead Software Engineer, you will serve as a senior technical leader responsible for designing, building, and scaling mission-critical software solutions. You will partner closely with Engineering Leadership, Product Management, Architecture, DevOps, Data, Security, and Executive stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that support organizational growth and innovation.
This role combines hands-on engineering, technical strategy, architectural leadership, and team mentorship. You will help establish development standards, guide technology decisions, and drive engineering best practices across multiple product and platform initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about software craftsmanship, system scalability, modern architecture, and building high-performing engineering teams capable of solving complex challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications and platforms
- Architect high-performance, secure, and resilient systems supporting enterprise-scale operations
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Data, and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Establish engineering standards, development frameworks, and coding best practices
- Drive cloud-native architecture, microservices adoption, and platform modernization initiatives
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to software engineers
- Support DevOps, CI/CD automation, infrastructure scalability, and performance optimization efforts
- Improve application reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic technical investments
- Lead technical planning, roadmap discussions, and architecture review sessions
- Contribute to cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management initiatives
- Support innovation efforts involving AI, automation, machine learning, and advanced analytics technologies
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven success designing and delivering large-scale software platforms
- Strong expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture
- Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
