Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of advanced machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Develop enterprise AI strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Build scalable machine learning pipelines, feature engineering frameworks, and production-ready analytical models.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Design and implement predictive models for forecasting, customer analytics, risk assessment, recommendation systems, and operational optimization.
- Lead research initiatives involving generative AI, large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and advanced statistical techniques.
- Evaluate model performance using rigorous validation methodologies and continuously improve analytical accuracy.
- Oversee data preparation, feature engineering, model governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Partner with Data Engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data architecture.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, governance, and responsible AI standards.
- Present technical findings, business insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop Data Scientists while promoting engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and innovation.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance automation, analytics capabilities, and business performance.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data science initiatives and mentoring technical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and predictive modeling.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, or Snowflake is preferred.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native AI architectures.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $390,000 – $450,000 annually, based on leadership experience, artificial intelligence expertise, machine learning accomplishments, technical innovation, and overall qualifications.
