Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention, and offboarding.
- Serve as a primary Human Resources contact by providing guidance to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and new hire documentation.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts, candidate interviews, and hiring initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Support performance management processes, employee evaluations, coaching initiatives, and career development planning.
- Administer employee benefits, leave programs, payroll coordination, and compensation-related activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and confidential documentation.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, compliance documentation, and management dashboards.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and company events.
- Support organizational development, leadership training, and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with Safety and Operations teams to promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in HR process improvements, policy updates, and enterprise-wide Human Resources projects.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that supports collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment regulations including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and related labor laws.
- Experience utilizing HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, or Oracle HCM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations-focused organizations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent Human Resources certification is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $100,000 – $145,000 annually, based on experience, Human Resources expertise, certifications, and overall qualifications.
