We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to design and develop modern web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while supporting enterprise-scale business solutions. The Frontend Engineer will work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture supporting enterprise applications.
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to transform design concepts into engaging user experiences.
Develop accessible, cross-browser compatible, and mobile-responsive interfaces.
Optimize frontend performance, page load times, rendering efficiency, and application responsiveness.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and backend platforms.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile software development activities.
Ensure application quality through automated testing, debugging, and continuous integration practices.
Implement secure coding standards and frontend security best practices.
Work closely with DevOps teams to support deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues while performing root cause analysis and long-term performance improvements.
Create technical documentation, coding standards, and reusable development guidelines.
Mentor junior frontend developers while promoting engineering excellence.
Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements that enhance product quality.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline required.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in frontend development or web application engineering.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Extensive experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or comparable modern frontend frameworks.
Experience using Redux, Zustand, Context API, or similar state management solutions.
Strong knowledge of responsive web design, accessibility (WCAG), and modern UI development principles.
Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud-based backend services.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of frontend performance optimization, testing frameworks, and browser developer tools.
Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is considered an advantage.

Working Conditions

Fully Remote position within the United States.
Flexible work schedule supporting collaboration across multiple U.S. and international time zones.

Approximately 5–10% domestic travel for engineering workshops, product planning sessions, and company events when required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $272,000 – $344,000 USD annually

Compensation is determined based on frontend engineering expertise, modern JavaScript framework experience, technical leadership, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
