Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning analyses.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operating performance.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify differences between actual and projected results.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial performance and resource requirements.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze business cases, investments, pricing strategies, and operational opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations.
• Support financial planning and analysis initiatives across multiple business functions.

• Collaborate with Accounting teams to validate financial data and reporting accuracy.
• Improve financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial assumptions, methodologies, and analysis.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, financial formulas, data analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with ERP, financial planning, business intelligence, or reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and corporate finance concepts.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations for management.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $160,000 – $240,000 annually, based on financial analysis experience, technical expertise, industry background, modeling capabilities, and overall qualifications.
