About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive Director to provide senior leadership across organizational strategy, operations, performance, and growth initiatives. This executive position is responsible for translating organizational priorities into measurable plans, strengthening operational performance, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring teams remain aligned with long-term business objectives.
The Executive Director will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership, department leaders, and key stakeholders to evaluate organizational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead major strategic initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and long-term growth priorities.

- Identify emerging business risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support organizational planning, workforce development, succession planning, and leadership initiatives.

- Lead executive-level meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in complex business environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, financial performance, and organizational development.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, resources, performance metrics, and strategic programs.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $300,000 – $450,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, organizational scope, industry background, strategic responsibilities, and overall qualifications.
