As the Director, SAP Supply Chain, you will lead multidisciplinary teams of SAP consultants, solution architects, project managers, functional analysts, and technical specialists while partnering with Executive Leadership, Client Executives, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Information Technology stakeholders. You will oversee complex SAP transformation programs, develop client relationships, manage consulting engagements, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Integrated Business Planning solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise SAP Supply Chain strategies that align with client business objectives and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementation, migration, optimization, and transformation programs.
- Provide executive leadership across Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Planning initiatives.
- Serve as the executive advisor for SAP Supply Chain architecture, solution design, governance, and delivery excellence.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and strategic client stakeholders.
- Oversee program governance, resource planning, financial management, delivery quality, and risk mitigation across multiple engagements.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new consulting opportunities, supporting proposal development, and participating in executive client presentations.
- Lead solution architecture reviews, project planning sessions, and executive steering committee meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
- Champion process optimization, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics within SAP Supply Chain environments.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop consulting leaders, project managers, architects, and SAP functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve client performance.
- Monitor engagement profitability, client satisfaction, delivery performance, and operational metrics.
- Support organizational growth through strategic planning, talent development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
- Extensive experience leading enterprise SAP Supply Chain and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules including MM, PP, EWM, TM, IBP, APO, and related logistics solutions.
- Proven success managing large consulting engagements, enterprise implementations, and global delivery teams.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehouse management, and distribution processes.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, SAP Activate, cloud technologies, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Outstanding financial management, executive presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP certifications and Project Management certifications are highly preferred.
- Ability to travel as required to support client engagements and executive meetings.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $390,000 – $450,000 annually, based on executive leadership experience, SAP Supply Chain expertise, consulting achievements, business development performance, and overall qualifications.
