About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled business transformation, digital operations, cloud platform, process excellence, and operational performance optimization organization supporting customers, employees, enterprise systems, business units, and strategic transformation programs across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving environment where business excellence directly affects productivity, customer experience, operational discipline, cost efficiency, decision quality, scalability, and long-term enterprise performance.

This is not a traditional continuous improvement role focused only on process maps, isolated efficiency projects, or routine operational reporting. Business Excellence is treated as a strategic enterprise capability that helps the organization operate with greater clarity, consistency, accountability, and measurable performance. The function connects process improvement, operating model design, performance management, automation, analytics, change enablement, cross-functional governance, and executive decision support.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled workflow improvement, process standardization, business performance dashboards, operating model maturity, automation, quality improvement, service delivery excellence, cost optimization, customer journey improvement, enterprise program governance, and stronger cross-functional execution. As the organization scales, leadership is seeking a Director of Business Excellence who can bring structure, analytical discipline, transformation experience, and strong business partnership to a highly visible leadership role.

The Director of Business Excellence will lead enterprise improvement initiatives across business operations, customer delivery, internal workflows, performance routines, process governance, productivity improvement, and transformation execution. This leader will work closely with Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, HR, Legal, Data Analytics, Program Management, Procurement, and Executive Leadership to identify improvement opportunities and convert them into practical, measurable outcomes.

This role requires a leader who understands how large companies operate across multiple functions, systems, priorities, and stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate will know how to diagnose operational friction, simplify complex processes, build performance frameworks, lead improvement programs, measure business impact, support change adoption, and help teams move from reactive problem-solving to disciplined execution.

The selected candidate will help build a more scalable and performance-driven enterprise operating model. This includes improving process visibility, strengthening governance, reducing manual work, supporting automation, improving service quality, building better management routines, and ensuring teams have the tools, metrics, and structure needed to perform at a high level.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a business excellence leader who wants to shape how a large technology-driven organization operates, improves, scales, and delivers value across customers, employees, partners, and business functions.
