About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, data intelligence, business analytics, revenue operations, and digital transformation organization supporting complex business functions, enterprise customers, digital products, customer lifecycle programs, operational workflows, and data-driven decision-making across the United States. The company operates in a fast-moving technology environment where data quality, reporting accuracy, business insight, customer visibility, operational analytics, and performance measurement directly influence revenue growth, product strategy, customer success, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.

This is not a traditional data analyst role focused only on pulling reports, updating spreadsheets, or responding to one-off data requests. The Data Analyst will serve as a key analytical partner responsible for turning business data into clear insights, practical recommendations, performance visibility, and decision-support materials for cross-functional teams. This role will connect data analysis, dashboard development, business reporting, customer insights, operational metrics, data validation, trend analysis, and stakeholder storytelling into one reliable analytics support function.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled analytics, cloud data platforms, business intelligence dashboards, revenue reporting, customer behavior analysis, product usage insights, operational scorecards, data governance, automated reporting, performance forecasting, and stronger data accessibility across business teams. As the organization grows, leadership is seeking a Data Analyst who can bring analytical discipline, technical curiosity, business awareness, data storytelling ability, and strong cross-functional communication to a high-impact role.

The Data Analyst will support analytics across business operations, revenue performance, customer success, product usage, marketing performance, finance reporting, operational efficiency, and executive dashboards. This role will work closely with Data Analytics, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, IT, and business leaders to ensure teams have accurate, timely, and useful information for planning, execution, and performance improvement.

This role requires a professional who understands that strong analysis is not only about numbers, but also about context, accuracy, and business meaning. The ideal candidate will know how to clean and validate data, build dashboards, interpret trends, identify performance gaps, explain findings clearly, document assumptions, improve reporting logic, and translate complex datasets into practical recommendations for decision-makers.

The selected candidate will help improve how the organization measures performance and uses data across the business. This includes strengthening dashboards, improving recurring reports, identifying opportunities for automation, improving data definitions, supporting leadership reviews, analyzing customer and operational trends, and helping teams move from reactive reporting to proactive insight.

This is a strong opportunity for a data professional who wants to work inside a large technology-driven organization, partner with business leaders, support enterprise analytics, and help teams make better decisions through accurate, clear, and meaningful data.
