Chief Technology Officer

Industry: Enterprise SaaS, AI-Enabled Software, Cloud Platforms, Cybersecurity, Data Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation Technology
Location: USA Remote
Compensation Package: $452K – $530K

About the Organization

We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled software, cloud platform, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and digital transformation technology organization serving enterprise customers across highly complex business environments. The company builds and operates mission-critical digital products that help organizations modernize workflows, automate operations, strengthen data intelligence, improve customer engagement, protect sensitive information, and scale enterprise performance through secure, intelligent, and highly reliable platforms.

This is not a traditional technology leadership role focused only on engineering supervision, system maintenance, or product delivery timelines. The Chief Technology Officer will serve as a strategic enterprise executive responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision, platform architecture, engineering excellence, AI innovation, cloud scalability, cybersecurity partnership, product technical strategy, and long-term technology roadmap. This role will connect business growth, customer value, technical execution, product strategy, data maturity, infrastructure resilience, and responsible innovation into one integrated technology agenda.

The company is continuing to invest in AI-enabled product capabilities, cloud-native architecture, scalable platform engineering, cybersecurity readiness, data infrastructure, automation, developer productivity, enterprise integrations, product reliability, observability, technical modernization, and advanced analytics. As the organization expands, leadership is seeking a Chief Technology Officer who can bring executive-level technology judgment, architectural depth, innovation leadership, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional influence to a highly visible role.

The Chief Technology Officer will lead the company’s technology strategy across engineering, architecture, cloud infrastructure, platform development, AI and machine learning enablement, data systems, cybersecurity partnership, product technology, technical operations, innovation programs, and engineering leadership development. This executive will partner closely with the CEO, Board, Chief Product Officer, CIO, CISO, COO, CFO, Revenue Leadership, Customer Success, Data Analytics, Legal, Security, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure technology decisions support customer needs, business priorities, and long-term enterprise value.

This role requires a leader who understands how to build technology at scale while maintaining speed, quality, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will know how to guide architectural decisions, modernize legacy systems, lead engineering teams, evaluate emerging technologies, support AI-enabled innovation, improve platform performance, reduce technical debt, strengthen product delivery, and communicate complex technical priorities clearly to executive and Board-level audiences.

The selected candidate will help define how the company builds, scales, secures, and evolves its technology foundation. This includes improving engineering operating models, strengthening platform governance, guiding responsible AI adoption, increasing system resilience, improving developer experience, supporting product innovation, and ensuring the technology organization operates as a strategic driver of growth.

This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a technology leader who wants to shape enterprise technology strategy, build modern platforms, lead high-performing engineering teams, and help a large remote-first technology company deliver secure, scalable, and market-leading digital products.
