About the Opportunity
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Information Officer to lead the organization’s enterprise information technology strategy, digital transformation, technology operations, cybersecurity, data capabilities, and technology governance. This executive role will be responsible for ensuring that technology investments directly support business strategy, operational performance, innovation, and long-term organizational growth.
The Chief Information Officer will serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team while overseeing the organization’s technology roadmap, infrastructure, enterprise applications, information security, data strategy, IT operations, and technology talent. This leader will establish a scalable technology environment that enables business agility, strengthens operational resilience, and supports continued expansion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise technology strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board-level stakeholders.
- Lead enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, applications, architecture, service delivery, and technology governance.
- Establish and execute long-term technology roadmaps supporting business growth and operational scalability.
- Lead digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Oversee cybersecurity strategy, information security, technology risk management, and business continuity programs.
- Develop enterprise data and analytics strategies that improve decision-making and operational visibility.
- Manage technology budgets, investments, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and determine their potential strategic and commercial value.
- Lead enterprise application strategy across ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial, collaboration, and business systems.
- Establish technology governance frameworks, policies, standards, and performance metrics.
- Drive cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, automation, and technology optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, strategic partners, and service providers.
- Develop, mentor, and retain high-performing technology leadership and engineering teams.
- Establish IT performance metrics and communicate technology performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.
- Ensure technology operations comply with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and organizational requirements.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including significant executive-level responsibility.
- Proven experience serving as CIO, CTO, VP of IT, or equivalent enterprise technology executive.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology modernization programs.
- Strong expertise across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data, and technology governance.
- Experience managing large technology budgets, complex vendor ecosystems, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, technology risk, information security, and data governance.
- Proven ability to align technology strategy with business strategy and financial objectives.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $390,000 – $450,000 annually, based on executive technology leadership experience, organizational scale, industry expertise, transformation experience, and overall qualifications.
