About the Organization
We are a large, enterprise-scale SaaS, AI-enabled technology, cloud platform, customer intelligence, digital transformation, and revenue growth organization serving enterprise customers across complex commercial, operational, and technology-driven markets. The company delivers advanced digital solutions that help organizations modernize workflows, automate business processes, improve customer engagement, strengthen decision-making, and scale enterprise performance through secure, intelligent, and highly reliable platforms.
This is an organization where growth is not viewed as a single sales target, campaign number, or short-term acquisition goal. Growth is treated as a full enterprise discipline that connects market strategy, revenue performance, customer acquisition, product adoption, lifecycle expansion, pricing strategy, brand positioning, partnerships, customer retention, data intelligence, and scalable go-to-market execution. The company expects growth leadership to bring together commercial strategy, marketing effectiveness, product value, customer success, and operational discipline into one coordinated growth system.
The company is entering a major expansion phase focused on AI-enabled product adoption, enterprise market penetration, strategic account growth, partner-led revenue, customer lifecycle optimization, digital demand generation, revenue operations maturity, pricing and packaging improvement, and stronger go-to-market alignment. As the organization scales, leadership is seeking a Chief Growth Officer who can bring executive-level commercial judgment, data-driven growth discipline, customer insight, and strong cross-functional leadership to a highly visible enterprise role.
The Chief Growth Officer will lead the company’s growth agenda across revenue strategy, customer acquisition, expansion strategy, market development, partnerships, marketing alignment, sales acceleration, customer lifecycle growth, product-led growth, pricing strategy, and go-to-market performance. This executive will work closely with the CEO, Board, CRO, CMO, CPO, CFO, COO, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Data Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership to ensure growth priorities are clear, measurable, and aligned with company strategy.
This role requires a leader who understands that sustainable growth is built through strong market positioning, disciplined revenue execution, customer value, product adoption, retention, expansion, and high-quality operating systems. The ideal candidate will know how to identify growth levers, evaluate market opportunities, improve funnel performance, strengthen customer segmentation, align commercial teams, guide strategic partnerships, and translate data into practical growth decisions.
The selected candidate will help shape how the company grows across markets, products, channels, and customer segments. This includes strengthening growth strategy, improving revenue predictability, expanding customer relationships, scaling partner ecosystems, increasing product adoption, and building a more mature go-to-market operating model. This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a growth leader who wants to influence company direction, improve commercial performance, and create measurable enterprise value at scale.
