Company Overview

We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise technology and business services organization operating in a highly competitive B2B market where qualified conversations, strong outreach discipline, pipeline creation, customer engagement, and revenue development directly influence company growth. Our organization supports enterprise clients, sales teams, marketing groups, revenue operations leaders, account executives, customer success teams, and executive stakeholders who rely on consistent appointment generation to create new business opportunities and expand market reach.

As companies scale across digital markets, remote sales environments, and enterprise buying cycles, appointment setting has become much more than basic cold calling or sending generic messages. Modern B2B organizations need appointment setters who understand professional outreach, buyer relevance, account targeting, CRM discipline, follow-up strategy, and the importance of creating a strong first impression. The B2B Appointment Setter role is central to helping the company connect with decision-makers, open meaningful conversations, and create a reliable flow of qualified meetings for the sales organization.

Our company is investing heavily in AI-enabled sales tools, CRM automation, targeted outbound campaigns, buyer intelligence, lead enrichment, sales enablement, email sequencing, call workflows, pipeline analytics, and scalable revenue operations. We are seeking a highly capable B2B Appointment Setter who can identify prospects, conduct professional outreach, qualify interest, schedule meetings, maintain accurate records, and help generate opportunities for continued business growth.

This is not a traditional appointment-setting role focused only on volume or scripted outreach. The B2B Appointment Setter will serve as an important front-line revenue contributor responsible for researching target accounts, engaging decision-makers, communicating value clearly, handling early objections, coordinating calendars, and ensuring qualified prospects are connected with the right sales team members.

The selected candidate will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Account Executives, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, and leadership teams to ensure outreach activity is organized, professional, measurable, and aligned with company growth priorities.

This is a strong opportunity for a motivated sales development professional who wants to build a career in B2B sales, develop strong communication skills, work with modern sales technology, and contribute to a remote-first organization where appointment generation is valued as a critical driver of pipeline growth and revenue success.

Your Role at the Company

As B2B Appointment Setter, you will identify, contact, qualify, and schedule meetings with potential business customers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, follow-up sequences, and targeted engagement strategies.

Follow structured outreach sequences while adapting communication style based on prospect role, industry, response, and engagement level.

Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach messaging, campaign targeting, lead lists, follow-up strategy, and conversion quality.

Support lead generation campaigns by working through assigned lists, inbound inquiries, marketing-qualified leads, event leads, referral leads, and account-based targets.

Confirm meeting details, calendar invitations, attendee information, agenda notes, prospect background, and handoff information before passing appointments to sales teams.

Track outreach performance, appointment rates, conversion trends, prospect feedback, common objections, and campaign results.

Identify inaccurate contact data, low-quality leads, duplicate records, missing information, and CRM cleanup needs.

Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending better messaging, stronger qualification questions, cleaner workflows, and more effective outreach approaches.
