Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI and machine learning applications.
- Build intelligent software solutions using machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI technologies.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large language models (LLMs) and AI models for enterprise use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to transition AI models from research into production environments.
- Integrate AI services into enterprise applications through APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Build scalable ML pipelines supporting model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize AI applications for accuracy, performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement MLOps best practices using automated CI/CD pipelines and model lifecycle management.
- Monitor production AI systems while improving reliability, explainability, and model performance.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, code reviews, and engineering design discussions.
- Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and AI engineering standards.
- Mentor engineers while promoting responsible AI development and engineering best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging AI technologies, research, frameworks, and enterprise adoption trends.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline required.
- Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI application development.
- Strong programming expertise in Python, Java, C++, or Go.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent AI frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying generative AI, LLM, RAG, and AI agent applications.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and model optimization.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AI services.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, CI/CD, MLOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package
Base Salary: $304,000 – $378,000 USD annually
Compensation is determined based on AI engineering expertise, machine learning experience, technical leadership, cloud technologies, geographic location, and overall qualifications.
